Outsourcery to offer unified comms through HP chanel partners

Cloud companies Outsourcery is preparing to sell its own-branded merged collaboration and interactions (UCC) services with HP’s channel partners following a deal struck between the 2 companies.

Outsourcery’s cloud is based upon HP’s Converged Cloud option that consists of infrastructure, software and services. HP explains it’ll enable companies with between 200 and 1,000 employees to enhance interactions, cost-efficiencies, and incomes.

UCC services offered to SMBs include Microsoft Lync for voice over IP (VoIP), video, internet and audio conferencing and talk, and Microsoft Exchange for email and paper management. They can be deployed either on a multi-tenant platform (with one copy of software serving multiple end individuals) or in a dedicated environment in Outsourcery’s data facility.

Selected partners

Selected stations partners are to provide execution and support for the UCC systems: Microsoft Gold Partner Damovo, business comms consultancy IP Solutions, MSP Neptune Consultancy Services, and networking, telephone and comms professional Freedom Communications.

Michael Clifford, Director of Cloud Computing for HP UK and Ireland, stated the deal would allow SMBs to cost-effectively deploy UCC on a pay-per use basis with the help of specialised channel partners.
